What is Polyurea?
Polyurea is a material that allows for the rapid coating of floors in shopping centers, road surfaces (at low temperatures to prevent asphalt deterioration), garages, parking lots, pools, and pools. It offers high resistance to foot traffic and abrasion, making the surfaces completely waterproof, flexible, and free of joints and welds. Different types of polyurea, especially compounded ones, provide excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, such as concrete, iron, aluminum, marble, etc., and moisture on the substrate typically has little impact on adhesion.

VAL 1200 is a two-component elastomer system based on amine terminated polyether, amine chain extender and aromatic isocyanates for the protection of metal, concrete, wood surfaces etc.Val 1300 is a 2-component fast set, rapid curing, 100% solid, abrasion resistant material.VAL 1500 is a two-component elastomer spray coating. This product is a zero VOC and provides a monolithic membrane suitable for concrete and metal application with an excellent thermal stability and has a good resistance to water and chemicals.Val 1800 is a flexible 2-component elastomer spray coating. The system is based on ammine terminated polyether, ammine chain extender and aromatic isocyanates is formulated which offers good surface properties and high elongation/flexibility.Val 1900 is a two component elastomer spray coating 55 shore A.
