What is Polyurea?
Polyurea is a material that allows for the rapid coating of floors in shopping centers, road surfaces (at low temperatures to prevent asphalt deterioration), garages, parking lots, pools, and pools. It offers high resistance to foot traffic and abrasion, making the surfaces completely waterproof, flexible, and free of joints and welds. Different types of polyurea, especially compounded ones, provide excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, such as concrete, iron, aluminum, marble, etc., and moisture on the substrate typically has little impact on adhesion.

VAL 1200 is a two-component elastomer system based on amine terminated polyether, amine chain extender and aromatic isocyanates for the protection of metal, concrete, wood surfaces etc.Val 1300 is a 2-component fast set, rapid curing, 100% solid, abrasion resistant material.VAL 1500 is a two-component elastomer spray coating. This product is a zero VOC and provides a monolithic membrane suitable for concrete and metal application with an excellent thermal stability and has a good resistance to water and chemicals.Val 1800 is a flexible 2-component elastomer spray coating. The system is based on ammine terminated polyether, ammine chain extender and aromatic isocyanates is formulated which offers good surface properties and high elongation/flexibility.Val 1900 is a two component elastomer spray coating 55 shore A. It is formulated to offer good surface properties and high flexibility.Val 4000 is a 2-component aliphatic system, 65 shore D, developed as a hand application system but it can also be applied with airless, roller or rubber wiper.Val 52 is a 2-component aliphatic system, 85 shore D, developed as a hand application system.VAL 4000 and Val 52 can also be applied as a topcoat over-pre-applied aromatic polyurea systems.VAL 9000 is a 100% solid two-component polyurea/polyurethane hybrid elastomer formulated to provide high tensile strength and good resistance to humidity.Val 1400 is a two-component elastomer spray coating with rapid hardening and with self-extinguishing characteristics.VAL 1700 is a two-component system, self-leveling, and flexible, based on aromatic isocyanates and special flexible amines. It is designed to fill interior random cracks, control joints or new construction joints on horizontal concrete surfaces.Val 1000 is a two-component based in aromatic isocyanates and some particular amines that give a slower reaction with a longer gel time in order to guarantee more beautiful /flat surfaces and to promote better adhesion.
