Valpolymer is specialised in polyurethane processing and the combination of different manufacturing processes across various materials, delivering complete, durable, ready-to-use solutions.

High-performance elastomeric polyurethane
is our flagship material, with adjustable hardness.

We offer compounds suitable for contact with food and pharmaceutical products, as well as solutions for ATEX environments with a Declaration of Conformity.

We manufacture to customer specifications and drawings, for parts ranging from 1 gram to 2,500 kg.

Material formulationWe select high-quality raw materials and develop bespoke formulations in-house to ensure high performance, a tailored product design and competitive costs.

Manufacture of cast polyurethane technical parts We manufacture technical parts in cast polyurethane, including parts with metal inserts. We handle every stage in-house through to final finishing, and offer certifications for food, pharmaceutical and ATEX applications.

Metal part coating with polyurethane We apply elastomeric polyurethane coatings to rollers, wheels and bearings, including large components. Food-grade and ATEX certifications are available, as is manufacture of the metal part.

Precision machining of polyurethane partsWe carry out precision machining of polyurethane, metal and engineering polymer components, ensuring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

Waterjet cutting of polyurethane and engineering polymersWe have waterjet cutting equipment that lets us cut and shape polyurethane with great precision using an ultra-high-pressure water jet.
