High-performance physical-mechanical elastomeric polyurethane is our flagship material, with adjustable hardness.

We have compounds suitable for contact with food and pharmaceutical products and solutions for ATEX environments with Declaration of Conformity.

We carry out machining operations based on customer specifications and drawings, for pieces ranging from 1 gram up to 2500 kg.

 Material FormulationWe select high-quality raw materials and develop customized formulations in-house to ensure high performance, targeted product design, and competitive costs.

 Production of technical polyurethane casting parts. We manufacture technical polyurethane casting parts, including those with metal inserts, managing every stage in-house up to the final finish and offering certifications for the food, pharmaceutical, and ATEX industries.

 Polyurethane coating of metal parts We provide elastomeric polyurethane coatings for rollers, wheels, and bearings, including large ones, with the option of food-grade and ATEX certifications, and metal part production.

 Mechanical machining of polyurethane partsWe perform precision mechanical machining on polyurethane, metal, and technopolymer components, guaranteeing tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

Waterjet cutting of polyurethane and technopolymersWe have a waterjet that allows us to cut and shape polyurethane with high precision using a very high-pressure water jet.
